MadTree Brewing Company in East TN

Well gang, I gotta stay, I’m pretty stoked about this one. A few weeks ago I ran up to Cincinnati with my fellow beer judge, Andy to judge a homebrew competition. We left the day prior to the competition and drove straight to Madtree. Thinking that we might have beaten the after work rush as we pulled in the parking lot at 5pm, boy were we wrong. Madtree is big – with a big parking lot to boot – it was packed. Inside the taproom was expansive and while there were a lot of people there, we had no problem ordering beer – obviously a well thought out place. Each beer we had was great and the onsite pizza from Catch-a-Fire Cafe was killer. I actually regret not grabbing a 6 pack as we headed out the door. Given the size of the brewhouse I wondered if we might see these guys in our neck of the woods sometime soon – just didn’t realize it’d be this soon! Check out the press release below and keep an eye out for Madtree Brewing Company come mid-March.

Prost!
