VonSeitz TheoreticAles releases “Le Noir”

VonSeitz TheoreticAles has released “Le Noir” a Belgian Style “Southern” Pale Ale.

“Le Noir” is our homage to “Le Noir” A Belgian southern Bistro located in downtown Lenoir City, TN. The restaurant, owned by Chef Jan Van Geyt, blends traditional Belgian and European cuisine with a southern flair. Guests can find traditional Belgian dishes along with dishes that are more familiar in the South. Le Noir offers a selection of Belgian and European beer and wine, as well as some traditional offerings that are familiar in the states.

“Le Noir” a Belgian Style “Southern” Pale ale is our take on the style. Using a traditional Belgian grist, “Le Noir” is fermented with a Belgian yeast strain that is accompanied by native yeast strains that were collected in hills and valleys from the area near the restaurant. “Le Noir” evokes the taste and aroma of this traditional Belgian style with a Tennessee twist.

“Le Noir” will be available at the restaurant and at our taproom, “The Burlap Room Beer Garden and Taproom” located onsite at Bert Driver’s Nursery in Smithville, TN.

VonSeitz TheoreticAles is distributed in Tennessee by Grassroots Distributing, in the United States by Shelton Brothers Importers and Europe by Drikkeriget
