Pints for Prevention | Sept. 14th 5pm-10pm

Hello fellow snobs!

Just a quick post to let you know of a rocking beer event coming up in a few weeks. Pints for Prevention is a Beerfest to benefit Thompson Cancer Survival Center here in fantabulous Knox-vegas. Specifically the proceeds raised will be used to raise awareness about men’s prostate cancer as well as go towards free screenings for early detection. While I’m no doctor as I understand it prostate cancer is one of the most preventable/treatable cancers if caught early. That said, these screenings save lives.

$25 gets you a ticketed to entry ($40/vip) for tasty brews from Yazoo, Saw Works, Oskar Blues and Highland to name a few. A DJ will also be on hand spinning vinyl from Raven Records. This event will be held in the parking lot behind Central Flats and Taps. Tickets can be purchased at Central Flats and Taps, Cool Beans and the Bearden Beer Market.
