While we get our fair share of press releases here at KBS, this one caught my eye today and it’s one that I think you’d like to know about as well. Beer can do a lot of good when placed in the proper hands and led by driven individuals – and we can all think of examples in our own community where that’s true. Including our anniversary celebration with Knox Brew Tours just yesterday! Well, here’s another awesome example. Albright Grove has announced that they are participating in a brew project that raises funds for the Australian Brushfire relief. We’ve all seen the photos and read the articles – this is the worst fire Australia has seen in a long time. We’re also no stranger to fires around here and the memory of the events leading to Sierra Nevada’s Resilience is still pretty fresh in our minds. While we don’t like what’s caused this beer to be produced, we’re thrilled to see our friends in East Tennessee embracing this opportunity to help those in need.
Press release below. Stay tuned to the Albright Grove Brewing Company social channels for release information.

Albright Grove Brewing Company Raising Funds for Australian Wildlife Rescue
Albright Grove will be brewing a beer which all profits will be donated to Australian Bushfire relief, specifically to WIRES (NWA Wildlife Information Rescue Education Service, Inc). The fundraising project originally was organized by Sierra Nevada Brewing Company to provide relief for victims of the Californian Camp Fire in 2018. Now, efforts are raising funds for victims of the Australian Bushfires that have torn across the Australian continent.
Albright Grove will be brewing a batch of beer called, Resilience, which all profits from the sale of this beer will be donated to WIRES, an Australian based organization providing rescue and relief to wildlife that have been greatly affected by the catastrophic fires.
